About Kevin Wilkins

A Philadelphia resident for 14 years, Kevin graduated with honors from Temple University. Kevin is a multi-faceted leader who brings diversity and creativity to The Center City Condos & Homes Sales Team. In Kevin's career prior to becoming a REALTOR®, he built experience engaging the community, corporate leaders and nonprofit organizations, and ensured all clients (including the LGBTQ, seniors and children) were receiving equitable and appropriate services. This experience set Kevin's negotiating skills apart.

Kevin enjoys volunteering in his Northern Liberties neighborhood and for a multitude of other nonprofit agencies. Kevin bought his first home in Northern Liberties in 2003 and is anxious to share his love and knowledge of Philadelphia with buyers and sellers!
